Deliciousness

I'm a huge fan of Hale and Hearty Soups, but yesterday i had the Curried Shrimp & roasted corn bisque and it was seriously one of the best soups i've ever had.

Speaking of good food, Saturday night I went to this little place in hell's kitchen call the Nook, and it was delicious. Both the salmon and the stuffed chicken were excellent. The price-to-portion ratio was a little heavy on the price side to me (not by New York standards, certainly. i guess in that regard i haven't fully adjusted yet), but the flavor made up for it. Michelle had to sweet talk the host/waiter to let us in without a reservation, even though one or two table remained vacant throughout our time there. i get the feeling they're not too worried about having customers.

Anyway, i fully recommend both.
