Ok, so i'm all moved in finally. This morning was my first commute from the new place, and it was excellent. remember my old commute? Well, my new commute is very similar. Just subtract the initial 40 - 50 min train ride and replace it with quick 5 min walk down the street to where my coworker picks me up. It's excellent. who would've thought a 45 min commute could seem short?
Overall i'm quite happy with my new place. I'll show photos when i have them.

Sounds like that will be a much better place to live for your work. I hope its a good place for you guys to start out.
